SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver across Kenya through our online store and trusted delivery partners.

Nairobi Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday and before 11am on Saturday. Orders placed outside these hours or on Sundays will be delivered the next business day. The delivery fee depends on your area.

Rest of Kenya
We deliver countrywide via courier. Delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. The delivery fee depends on your area.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every Healthy Kajuju product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind on food products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
