This nutritious smoothie contains fresh spinach, pineapple, avocado, cucumber, coconut milk and banana.

Making amoothies with fruits and veggies is a great way to get that good stuff into your lovely self! My ultimate veggie choices for smoothies are baby spinach and kale. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!
Ingredients
½ avocado, roughly chopped
Generous handful spinach/kale, washed well
50g pineapple chunks
10cm piece cucumber, roughly chopped
300ml coconut milk or water
Directions
- Put the avocado, spinach, pineapple and cucumber in the blender, top up with coconut milk, then blend until smooth.
