Bone Builder Smoothie

You know it’s good when it’s green!

This nutritious smoothie contains fresh spinach, pineapple, avocado, cucumber, coconut milk and banana.
I can’t describe how delicious it tastes!

Making amoothies with fruits and veggies is a great way to get that good stuff into your lovely self! My ultimate veggie choices for smoothies are baby spinach and kale. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado, roughly chopped

  • Generous handful spinach/kale, washed well

  • 50g pineapple chunks

  • 10cm piece cucumber, roughly chopped

  • 300ml coconut milk or water

Directions

  • Put the avocado, spinach, pineapple and cucumber in the blender, top up with coconut milk, then blend until smooth.
