Every morning, I have oat porridge for breakfast. It’s always nice to spice things up so I tried this ultimate combination of my favourite oats, coconut yoghurt and yummy fruits! Pure perfection!
The mixture of flavours creates an incredibly delicious start to my day! I also love the different textures of its ingredients; smooth and creamy coconut yoghurt, crunchy oats and juicy fruits. It also takes only 5 minutes to prepare and simplicity is always a plus for me!
Coconut yoghurt as an alternative to dairy yoghurt is a recent discovery for me and I love it so far. This whole combination is a great source of fibre, vitamins, healthy fats and proteins!

- Granola oats
- 1 Chopped pear
- 4 Chopped strawberries
- 125ml coconut yoghurt

- Spoon the yoghurt onto the bottom of a glass or jar and add the oats on top. Top it with three qurters of the chopped pears and then the strawberries.
- Add another layer of oats and top it with the remaining chopped fruits.
- Serve and enjoy!
