Ginger, Lemon and Turmeric Shots

It is officially flu season! Whenever this happens I try to boost my immune system because prevention is always better than cure. One way is by taking my lemon, ginger and garlic water daily or even twice a day. The other is this great anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting shot! I love that this is natural and works like magic at preventing and treating colds. Give it a try!

Ingredients

  • 1 apple

  • 2 lemons

  • 2 inch piece of ginger

  • 2 inch piece of turmeric

Directions

  • Wash all the ingredients and peel the ginger, turmeric and lemon.
  • Chop the ingredients and either put them through a juicer or blend them.
  • Take your shot!
