They can also double up as a great snack to fuel you through the day. The avocado keeps you full longer and I bet you’ve heard how amazing it is for your skin! Dig in and enjoy! xx
Ingredients
2 slices of rye bread
1 medium avocado (mashed)
6 cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Toast the rye bread.
- Spread the avocado on the rye bread and then place the tomato slices.
- Sprinkle over some salt and pepper.
- Enjoy! xx
